This Catalyst examines Autonomous Networks and Gen AI in the context of addressing the complex challenge CSPs face in delivering high-quality 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) services, which require sophisticated AI-driven models for network planning, provisioning, customer engagement, service assurance, and monetization. Traditionally, CSPs require extensive infrastructure and isolated AI models for each function, making scaling costly and limiting flexibility. Additionally, managing diverse AI models in silos reduces cross-functional insights, impacting service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Our solution—a Generative AI Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) toolkit—creates business value by offering CSPs a unified, intent-driven platform that centralizes multiple task-specific AI models along with Gen AI LLMs on shared infrastructure.
